These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of phdre. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets on the platform. By using phdre, you agree to be bound by these terms.

phdre is available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Creating an account while underage is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual is permitted one phdre account. Duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identities — will be suspended pending investigation.
You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details during registration. phdre uses this information for identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
All deposits to phdre must come from accounts — GCash, Maya, bank accounts — registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Attempting to exploit technical errors, using bots or automated software, coordinating accounts, or engaging in any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Keep your login credentials confidential. phdre will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by sharing your password or failing to secure your account.
By accessing phdre at phdre.app, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of phdre, including visitors, registered members, and anyone accessing the platform from any device or connection within the Philippines. phdre reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and maintain an active account on phdre, you must:
phdre may request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements will be closed, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
Age Requirement: Gambling by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited on phdre. We take underage gaming seriously and implement verification procedures to prevent it.
You may hold only one registered account on phdre. If phdre discovers that you have created more than one account — regardless of the details used — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances frozen pending review.
During registration, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification. This number will be used for account security and important notifications. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact information.
Your password and login credentials are personal and confidential. You must not share them with anyone. phdre will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat and change your password.
All financial transactions on phdre are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.
Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name — matching the identity on your phdre account. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phdre may request documentation to confirm the source of funds at any time as part of standard KYC and anti-money laundering procedures.
Withdrawals require a fully verified account. KYC verification — including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID — must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Once verified, withdrawal requests are handled within the timeframes applicable to the selected method. Processing times may vary based on the payment method and transaction volume.
If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected time, contact phdre support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not re-initiate the same payment without first confirming with support.
By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on phdre, you acknowledge that:
Sports betting odds on phdre are updated in real time. Final settlement of bets follows standard industry rules for each sport. In-play bets are subject to slight delays between your action and confirmation due to data transmission.
Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for slots and digital table games. Live casino tables use real dealers and physical equipment. Results from live casino games are final once the round concludes.
phdre may offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives to players from time to time. When available, each promotion will have its own specific terms — including eligibility, minimum deposit requirements, wagering conditions, and expiry dates — which will be published alongside the promotion.
Attempting to abuse promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings.
phdre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. No compensation is owed to players for the cancellation of a future or ongoing promotion, except for amounts already meeting completed wagering requirements.
phdre is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all players to set deposit limits, time limits, and to take regular breaks from gaming activity. These tools are available within your phdre account settings.
If you believe your gaming is becoming harmful, you can request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through phdre's support team via live chat. Self-exclusion is taken seriously — phdre will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from accessing their accounts during the exclusion period.
Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts on phdre during the exclusion period. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdre's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of phdre that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
